Players that withdraw after entries close, must pay entry fee.

Independent platers MUST register on-line
Independent players are those who do sign up through a pro/facility

In case of bad weather - Divisions that get started will not be refunded. this includes players that receive byes, defaults in that division.

Bad Weather Tournaments WILL NOT officially cancel until 1 PM Saturday

All draws will be a maximum of 32 players. Divisions that have more will be split. There will be a seperate winner for each split division.

All matches will be 8 game prosets, no ad scoring - Tiebreakers played at 8 All.
